Season Length: 16-18 weeks (1st two weeks are assessment) from May 3rd to to September 2nd.

Leadership: An Age Group Head Coach (AGHC) leads each gender and is supported by team head and assistant coaches. AGHC’s also act as head coach for one of the teams.

Overview: The first two weeks of the program would be player assessments. The goal is to loosely sort players into two tiers (Green and White). Once a week all players in both tiers will practice together. The practice will be set up as stations so that players move from one station to the next.  In doing so, each player will get to see all coaches within the age group. Player groupings for the stations are based on like ability. There is also the opportunity for the players in each tier to have a separate tier practice. All players are continually assessed throughout the month of June and placed into the tier with players presently of similar ability. This means a player could one week play a game in the Green Division and the next week play a game in the White Division. Starting in July, players are then placed permanently in a tier for the remainder of the season. Both tiers continue to practice together once per week and have the opportunity to practice in their separate tiers once per week. The program ends with second year players in the age group getting the opportunity to practice towards transitioning to U13 and playing some 9-on-9 games against U13 teams from the Club.
